Fair and Transparent Pricing

At TopMop Reinigungspartner, we believe in offering transparent, fair, and competitive pricing for all our cleaning services. Our goal is to provide excellent value for your money while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Below is an outline of our pricing principles:

  1. Transparent and Clear Pricing for Employees and Customers
  • We provide clear pricing upfront, with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
  • Pricing is based on the size and type of the property, the complexity of the job, and the frequency of cleaning.
  • A detailed breakdown of the costs will be shared, outlining service hours, if any materials used, and any special requirements.
  1. Affordable and Value for Money Service
  • We offer excellent services at lower rates to encourage more volume of customers who may seek professional help in cleaning. We work on lower margins to promote the outsourcing of cleaning as a service. We aim to reduce the discouragement in customers due to expensive services.
  • Prices are adjusted to reflect local market conditions, taking into account regional differences in costs.
  • We regularly review our pricing to ensure it remains fair and in line with industry standards.
  1. Pricing Plans
  • Hourly Rates: For smaller tasks, or one-off services, we offer flexible hourly rates. This allows customers to pay only for the time spent on their cleaning needs.
    • Example: CHF 35 – CHF 50 per hour, depending on the scope of the job.

 Flat Rates: For regular cleaning contracts, we offer monthly subscription based on flat-rate pricing. This provides cost certainty and helps clients manage their budgets. We make profits through repeat services in the subscription model.

  • Example: CHF 299 per month for standard cleaning of an apartment upto 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

One-Time Services: For special cleaning (e.g., move-out cleaning or deep cleaning), we offer fixed pricing based on the size of the space and the level of service.

  • Example: CHF 250 – CHF 400 for a standard deep cleaning of a 2-bedroom apartment.
  • Additional Services: Extra services such as window cleaning, oven cleaning, laundary and ironing, or deep sanitization will have extra charges based on the effort required.
  1. Discounts and Promotions
  • We offer discounts for regular customers and long-term contracts (e.g., monthly or quarterly cleaning packages).
  • Special promotions and seasonal discounts may be available during off-peak times.
  • New clients may be eligible for a special introductory offer or discount on their first cleaning service.
  1. Transparent Billing
  • Our billing system is easy to understand, with clear invoices showing the breakdown of hours worked, services provided, and materials used.
  • We accept multiple payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and digital payment options like TWINT.
  • Payments are due within 7 days of service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • We believe in fairness and transparency, so there are no hidden or last-minute charges. The price we quote is the price you pay.
  • If additional services are required or requested during the cleaning session, we will inform you of the additional costs before proceeding.
