What is monthly subscription cleaning service?

Fixed price cleaning per month (i.e. 4 weeks) based on the size of the apartment and number of times cleaning is required. This is heavily discounted as compared to one time cleaning.

Are there any extra charges over and above the fee mentioned? Are there any cancellation costs?

No, there are absolutely no extra charges on the final price quoted on your booking. Of course, we charge service tax as as any other business. No hidden cost or any other type of charges

How do we cancel the booking?

For monthly subscription cleaning, you will have to give a notice of 1 week for cancellation. So, we will cancel your booking from the next month.
For one time cleaning, you may cancel upto 24 hours before the requested date.

Once cancelled, can we reinstate our monthly cleaning service?

Of course, you can always rebook your cleaning whenever you like. Either log on to your customer portal on the website and rebook. Or just watsapp us or call us.

Is the monthly cleaning subscription also applicable on office cleaning?

Yes, the monthly cleaning subscription also applies to office cleaning. And remember, we offer heavy discounts on cleanings done multiple times in a week.

When do we pay for the service?

You have to pay only after the service is completed.
In case you opted for monthly contract, the cost of monthly fee will be payable by you after the service is offered for the first time.

Of course, you can cancel anytime at a week’s notice.
